1. Definitions

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indonesian law. You may not register or use the Services if you are subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from gambling or entering into contracts. You represent that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that you are registering and playing for your own personal entertainment only.

3.4 Self-Exclusion and Restrictions

You confirm that you have not been self-excluded from any gambling service, have not been diagnosed with a gambling problem, and are not currently enrolled in any gambling addiction treatment program. 4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use jali4d's Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jali4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card (KTP), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification documents are provided. You agree to provide requested documentation within 14 days of our request.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 4.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your Account information accurate and up-to-date. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in withdrawal delays, Account restrictions, or Account closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jali4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and popular e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account suspension.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from your financial institution. In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to bank processing times or technical issues. jali4d is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with transaction details.

5.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your Account Balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable Bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB) and within 24 hours outside business hours, subject to successful Account verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by jali4d's finance team.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

jali4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding IDR 10,000,000. This may include identity verification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing will commence only after satisfactory verification is completed.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. jali4d reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities. We may refuse to process withdrawals if we suspect that funds are being used for money laundering purposes or if we detect unusual betting patterns inconsistent with recreational gaming.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. If you wish to permanently self-exclude, we will process your request within 24 hours and your Account will remain permanently closed.

10.2 Termination by jali4d

jali4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Services. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. Our decision to close an Account is final and binding.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months will be subject to an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per month, deducted from the Account Balance. If the Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. You will be notified via email before any administrative fees are applied.
